In margin of its traditional activities of animation, sensitizing, continues populations, ONG Tadress had has to make the following achievements  :

•  From 2001- 2002 :

Identification of the constraints and the stakes and development of a project dossier BC: Control?uvre: creation of a cereal bank for the account of populations of Garmaga which it ended up organizing in legally recognized co-operative grouping. The total cost of read total operation amounted to 1 309 650 F CFA

•  2002 - 2003

On a financing of the World Bank, ONG started a study on the healers traditional of the zone of Tadress what has term would have led to a project of development of traditional knowledge as regards animal health. It is indeed recognized the existence of the traditional specialists to the matter at the Tuaregs (Inasmagalane). And majority of the stockbreeders not recourse case of the traditional care for their animals, but they are less with fewer today and no effort was devoted to the safeguarding and the transmission of their knowledge. The amount of contribution of the bank amounts to 2 075 000 F the remainder of the amount of this study, that is to say 3 790 282 F, will follow through the PAGSA.

•  2003 – 2004

Identification of the constraints and the stakes, establishment of the project file schooling. Control?uvre: construction of a class and latrine with Garmaga with a financial support of the embassy of France of a total cost of 4 834 623 F CFA

Realized activities 2004 - 2005

During 2004 - 2005, ONG Tadress carried out the following acticities according to the project put in?uvre: Project PAGSA (150 Million CFA): ONG Tadress in collaboration with the French Association of the volunteers of progress (AFVP) and the service of co-operation of pertaining to worship action of the Embassy E France put in?uvre this year (April 04 - July 05) a food project of security in the zone of Tadress. This pilot project is entitled "program of support to the management of animal health zone of Tadress". Taking into account its relative lack of experiment in the management of the project of great width, ONG Tadress established a partnership with AFP for a technical and operational support, in particular on the level of administrative, logistic and financial management of the project. It also requested its technical, methodological and organisational support so that a real reinforcement as of these competences is carried out. Two volunteers of progress are integrated into the operational team throughout all project. Total objective of this project and to contribute to the improvement of the living conditions populations within the frameworks of an approach centered on the improvement of the food safety of the households i.e. share reinforcements of their technical capabilities and organisational on the level of the environment of the systems of the pastoral productions. To be done, project PAGSA Tadress develops two shutters (animal health and hydraulics) and of multiple activities, seeking with Master in network of service of first need for an increased coherence of the means available on the zone  :

Project of Fixing of the Dunes and Restoration of in Garmaga in Tadress PFDRB/ WP (49 172 USS): This project is financed by the program small Subsidies of the Fund for the World Environment (PPS/FEM). The project of fixing of the dunes and restoration of in Garmaga in Tadress proposes to register the populations of Tadress, villagers and transhumant in a context of concerted management of natural resources in the contexts national of decentralization while bringing simple, concrete answers of producible with the essential problems raised by the populations. The idea of the project is matured after a participative evaluation made by the departmental direction of the environment of Tchirozérine, ONG Tadress and the CLD of Garmaga on the pilot action of fixing of the dunes, carried out on 4 ha, by the project micro realization (PMR). The results very encouraging of the propagation by cutting of will commiphora africana and of the plantation of Accacia senegal on this site caused the plantation under the support of ONG Tadress and the DDE of Tchirozérine to the assembly of this file. The installation of seedbeds, the plantation of zone of défens, the sensitizing of mass on the shrubby taking away, to pruning, the propagation by cutting, the monitoring of the zones of setting in défens and the plantations contribute, in fact, to increase the woody potential with the promotion of very requested species and to reduce the pressure which constitute the anarchistic taking away. These action are supported by the installation of the public awareness campaigns, amongst other things on the level of the schools in the zone and of the rehabilitation of a pastoral well for the production of the seedlings and the water supply of let us timber with the population. Thus the great actions envisaged are the establishments of a setting défens fitted latticework on on 10ha reinforced by palisades in dead hedge of colotropis will procera and plantation of space adapted to the zone.

The project actually started its activities in April 2005.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

ONG Tadress carried out a training in Natural Stock management for ONG and associations working in this fields on a financing of PPOL/DED/AZ (cost: 1 782 375 F CFA) ONG worked out 7 micro projects with the profits of the rural population of Tadress district of Aderbissinat financed by the Community action plan (PAC/CCR/AZ) to height of 21 Million franks CFA. These projects relate to the field of food safety (BC/BAB), the reconstitution of livestock and the environmental protection. ONG worked out under project on the prevention on IST/HIV/SIDA on the level of the villages and campings of Tadress financed by the World Bank through its multisector program against the IST/SIDA to a total value of 1 300 000 F. This project consists in forming the vulnerable groups of the campings and villages of Tadress. Two provisions of services relating to the execution of a plan of development of the rural district of Gougaram and the realization of a situation of the reference to the level of bunches of Tchintaborak, Aderbissinat and Marendet in the commune of Aderbissinat were carried out thanks to a financing of CAP (CCR/AZ) to a total value of 8 600 000 F and 5 600 000 F respectively. ONG organized a pastoral festival with Garmaga from the 2 to August 4 200. This festival was an occasion to carry out a diagnosis of certain soils but more especially to lavish councils with the stockbreeders of the zone on the need for making safe their principal resources and incomes. ACTIVITIES PROGRAM 2005-2006

Projects are in the course of identification and others in authority of starting  :

Projects 2005- 2006 :

•  Project of medical and food security of the livestock in the zone of Tadress. This project will be put in?uvre by the group of operators VSF-ONG Karkara- ONG Tadress. From one one year duration, it will relate to Tadress of the areas of Zinder and Agadez. It is financed with height of 300 million franks by OFDA/USAID. Activities of the projects including/understanding the creation of the BAB, the formation and the reinforcement of networks of auxiliaries of breeding, the creation of the veterinary deposits, the installation of dies of provisioning, etc. .

•  Project ` support and of reinforcement of the capacities of management of animal health Zone of Tadress. This one 18 months duration project will relate to the rural district of Aderbissinat. It aims at creating the conditions of installation of a service of veterinary surgeon of proximity through a better medical framing of the herds and the rehabilitation of the traditional pastoral wells. it is financed grace a subsidy FSD (SCAC). .

•  Development of a plan of Communal Development to the profit of the rural district of Timia in consortium with other ONG on a financing of LUCOP/TAN to height of 12 million

•  To finalize the activities of the fixing Project of the dunes of Garmaga by the rehabilitation of U pastoral well, the propagation by cutting of 5 000 cuttings of will commiphora africana and a public awareness campaign in educational circle for respective amounts of 3 500 000F and 500 000F and 250 000F .
